By accessing and using FypTV IPTV services ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally, when using FypTV's services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you should not access or use the Service. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User" or "you") and FypTV IPTV ("the Company," "we," or "us").

FypTV provides premium IPTV streaming services, including access to live television channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content, and related features (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

Our service includes:

• Access to thousands of live TV channels in various categories
• Video-on-demand library with movies and TV shows
• Multi-device compatibility (smart TVs, streaming devices, mobile, and web)
• Electronic Program Guide (EPG) functionality
• Multiple connection options for household use

To access our Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your account information is up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for prohibited activities.

FypTV offers various subscription plans with different pricing tiers. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.

Payment Terms:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

Subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You may not use our Service for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Reselling, redistributing, or sharing your account credentials
• Using the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Attempting to bypass or circumvent any geographical restrictions
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying content
• Attempting to hack, crack, or reverse engineer our systems
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Service

Violations may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

All content provided through the Service, including but not limited to channels, movies, TV shows, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FypTV or its content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You acknowledge that:

• You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service
• Content is provided for personal, non-commercial viewing only
• Downloading, recording, or capturing content is strictly prohibited
• You must respect all copyright notices and restrictions

Disclaimer of Warranties: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL FYPTV BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Our Service may include links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by FypTV. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

You acknowledge and agree that FypTV shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any third-party sites.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Prohibited use as outlined in Section 5
• Request for termination by you

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions or collective proceedings.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
